Kathleen Whitfill, Senior Vice President, Trust & Estate Settlement Manager

Kathy is a Senior Vice President and the Trust and Estate Settlement Manager of Baird Trust. She has over 35 years of experience working as a paralegal with an emphasis in estate settlement. Kathy holds the Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor designation. She chairs the Estate Settlement Committee for Baird Trust and is also a member of the Trust Company’s Leadership Team.

Kathy served as a Paralegal with Bingham Greenebaum Doll LLP for fourteen years before joining Baird Trust (formerly Hilliard Lyons Trust). She has also worked as a Paralegal for Lewis Rice and Husch Blackwell, both located in St. Louis, as well as Buckingham Doolittle & Burroughs, LLC, located in Ohio. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Tennessee Temple University and is also a graduate of the American Institute for Paralegal Studies. Kathy joined our firm in 2017.
